Loving son of Carol and the late Roger Asman. Beloved brother of Stephen (Traci) Asman. Proud uncle of Dennis Woods, Sarah (Jason) Peiffer, and Elizabeth (Jeffrey) Renton. Cherished great-uncle of four. He will be deeply missed by many cousins.
David graduated from Livonia Stevenson High School, class of 1987, before attending Wayne State University. There, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and his Juris Doctorate. He went on to become a staff member at the university for over twenty years.
Dave enjoyed playing Dungeons and Dragons with his friends every Friday night. He was a talented bass player who had a passion for music.
In accordance with David's wishes, cremation has taken place.
