Beloved mother of Christina (William Jr.) Barnes, Cassandra Cordray, and Carmelita (Corey) Smith. Loving grandmother of Andrew (Courtney) Barnes, Alexandrea Barnes, and Karissa Cordray. Great grandmother of Baby Barnes on the way. Dear sister of Donna (John) Johnson-Schroder, and Diana Briere. Dearest aunt of Cyndi, Jennifer, Brittany, Chase, and Stephanie.
Debbie is preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Mary Evelyn.
Debbie was a hard worker, she worked as a Patient Accounting Manager at DMC for 37 years and while working full time, she raised 3 daughters by herself. She was so happy to become a grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family. Debbie was also a longtime and devoted member of Christ Our Savior Church in Livonia. Once Debbie retired she loved traveling and taking various cruises around the country. She will be tremendously missed by her family, friends and church community.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2022 from 9:30am-12:00pm with a memorial service to follow at 12:30pm at Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church in Livonia.
