Dolores was a special lady. We shared many wonderful memories at Meadowbrook Congregational Church where she was quite involved in our rummage sales. John built the clothes closet at church and I think of him every time I hang up my coat. Special people. Dolores will be missed by many.

Delores was a friend of my mom -Margaret Hamel from Redford Suburban League. I am a member of Meadowbrook Congregational Church also. When I discovered that Delores was a friend of my mom's we became friends. Delores was always friendly and fun to talk to in church. She was always inquiring about my parents etc. My parents lived close by in their retirement at 9 Mile and Drake.
Missed seeing Delores at church these last few years.
I hope the wonderful memories of her remain with you for many years.

I became friends with Delores at Meadowbrook church and she appointed me " guardian"of the space where fire extinguisher was hung in lobby so donations to rummage sale did not obscure it. She was a real lady and I've missed her. Prayers for the family.

Dolores and I became friends through Meadowbrook Congregational Church where we worked on rummage sales together. Dolores made me her personal shopper at these events, and we had a lot of fun while I was continually in pursuit of "just the right addition to her wardrobe" from very nice donations received. We were quite successful, and always exchanged a wink and a smile when she wore an item to church.
I enjoyed her friendship very much, and will miss her. She was a very special lady.
