She will be remembered for her care and thoughtfulness, as well as the great love she had for her family. She is preceded in death by her husband, Peter Streicher, and her twin sister, Sister Fran Calcaterra. She is survived by her son, Mark; grandchildren Stephen (Jessica Tabas) Streicher and William (Katelyn) Streicher; great-grandchildren Harper, Penelope, and Delaney.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Harry J. Will Funeral Home, 37000 Six Mile Rd, Livonia, MI 48152, with a rosary service at 7:00 pm.
An in state will occur on Friday, September 18, from 10:30 am to 11:00 am at St. Colette Catholic Church, 17600 Newburgh Rd, Livonia, MI 48152, followed by a funeral mass beginning at 11:00 am. She will be laid to rest at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery.
