She was the beloved wife of the late Rubert King. Dear sister of Ruby O'Brien, Eugene (Jean) Aston, the late Elena Lowery and the late Henry Aston. Sister-in-law of Audrey Aston. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Effie will be laid to rest with Committal Prayers next to her husband in Parkview Memorial Cemetery, Livonia, Michigan.
