Eleanor Reiher-Lapham

Eleanor C., 93, of Farmington Hills, passed away Sept. 20, 2013. She was the beloved wife of Warren and the late Theodore Reiher. Eleanor is survived by her sister Shirley (Frederick) Rastenburg, children; Ronald (Christine) Reiher and Sharron (Scott Field) Reiher, grandchildren; Jeffrey, Timothy (Kim), Jonathan (Anna), Ryan Field, and Rachel Field, and great grandchildren; Hailey, Jessie, Paige, Noah, and Isabella. She is also survived by her step children; Edward (Marjorie Sorge) Lapham, Cindy (James) McGinn and Scott (Marion) Lapham.

Eleanor was born to Arthur and Louise Socall in Detroit, MI.

Eleanor enjoyed ceramics, watching Detroit Tigers baseball and Red Wings hockey, and her Yorkies. She really loved nursing and taking care of people. Eleanor also enjoyed singing in the church choir. She was a member of the Silver Ladies group. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
