Francis Joseph Adams

Beloved husband of Geraldine (Geri) Ann Smith. Loving father of Joseph (Ruth) Adams, Thomas (Brenda) Adams, and Julie (Daron) Underwood. Cherished grandfather of Cassandra, Lukas, Kali, Caitlyn, Nolan, and Shay. Dearest brother of Edward, William, and Robert.

Frank graduated from Cody High School. He played guitar in a band and performed at weddings. He also worked at Hudsons, and the movie theater as an usher so that he could see all the movies. He met his future wife at a dance, then married her on June 12, 1965. He was able to get a job at Ford Motor Co. and would eventually retire at 52.

He loved to travel, driving all over the country with his family in a van and later a motor home with Geri. During these trips you would often see him behind the lens of a camera. He loved photography, not only taking pictures of the things he would see along the way but also studio and working as wedding photographer. He loved computers, sometimes manipulating his many photos to his liking. His favorite sports were football and hockey. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandkids, woodworking, carpentry, stained glass and later in life, he joined barber shop chorus.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 from 5PM-9PM and a Rosary at 7:00 PM at Harry J. Will Funeral Home, 37000 Six Mile Rd., Livonia, MI 48152.

Funeral mass, Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at 11:00 AM, St. Gerald Church, 21300 Farmington Rd, Farmington, Mi 48336.

The family would like to thank their family, friends, neighbors and medical staff for all the love and support while caring for Frank.
