

Frank enlisted and served proudly in the Army as a Technician in Europe when he was 19 years old. Frank was also a proud member of 4th degree Knights of Columbus and served his church, community and family. Frank retired from Wayne County Road Commission as a project supervisor and then worked for Wade trim and Associates for another 10 years. Frank's wife of fifty years , Maxine Purol had passed away in 2001 and he had missed her greatly. Dad believed in Jesus and being reunited with loved ones in eternal joy.
Frank is survived by his brother Bob Purol and sister Diane Allen; many cousins, nieces and nephews, Frank had four children, Fred Purol, Frank Purol, Mary Purol and John Purol. He is survived by 3 of them having lost his son Frank in May of 2017. Frank was blessed with three grandchildren; Kristen, Kiely, and Joseph; five great grandchildren Aislinn, Sorendyn, Joren, Peyton, and Joseph.
Frank enjoyed his family very much. May the Good Lord be with him, and all of us, especially those in need.
A funeral mass for Frank will be held Friday, February 23, 2018 at 10:30 AM at St. Edith Catholic Church, 15089 Newburgh Rd, Livonia, Michigan 48154. An instate will occur Friday, February 23, 2018 at 10:00 AM, 15089 Newburgh Rd, Livonia, Michigan 48154. An entombment will occur at Mt. Hope Memorial Gardens, 17840 Middlebelt Rd, Livonia, Michigan 48152.
