

Giannina Veta, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2025, at the age of 94. Born on October 12, 1930, in Saint-Romain-Le-Puy, France, to Felix and Charlotte Zeppa, Giannina lived a long and beautiful life rooted in love, family, and tradition.
Giannina was a wonderful cook known for making homemade pasta and delicious Italian dishes. She also loved to knit.
Giannina never passed up an opportunity for a game of Rummy, a tradition she shared with her entire family. She delighted in teaching everyone how to play, using those cherished moments to bond across generations.
Above all, Giannina loved her family. She had a remarkable ability to bring everyone together, creating unforgettable memories around the table and through shared laughter.
Giannina is survived by her devoted children: Lillian Iacobelli, Robert (Lisa) Veta, Elio (Terri) Veta, Rosella (Gregory) Giudici, and Marisa (Robert) Bryan. She also leaves behind her dear sister, Giselle DeSena, many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a legacy of love and family unity that will endure.
She is reunited in peace with her beloved husband, Alberto; her parents, Felix and Charlotte; her siblings Giuseppe, Maria Luisa, Enrico and her son-in-law Eugene.
Giannina Veta will be remembered for her strength, kindness, and the way she made everyone feel at home. Her legacy lives on in the countless lives she touched and the traditions she passed down with love.
