Gloria Marie Eberlein

Beloved wife of Eugene for 58 years. Loving mother of David (Nicole) Eberlein of Saline, MI and Dawn (Robert) Malott of Livonia, MI. Dear sister of the late Carol (the late Paul) Kemp and sister in law of Janice (the late Howard) Schuman. Loving Aunt to Shelley (Jeff), Tim (Pam), Jeff (Deantha), Brian (Denae), and Sherry (Scott).

Gloria was a long time member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church. She graduated from Pershing High School and Wayne State University. Many people know that she had a great love of traveling and after retirement Gene and Gloria spent their winters as snowbirds in the warmer south. Gloria loved to cook meals and host parties for family and friends. Everyone was always welcome in her home. She was a very selfless person and fixed countless meals for home bound friends. In a sense her own personal Meals on Wheels. Gloria and Gene spent many hours visiting relatives, friends and neighbors.

A visitation for Gloria will be held Saturday, August 28, 2020 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm with a Celebration of life Service beginning at 12:00 pm at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Livonia. A luncheon will follow the service in the fellowship hall.

Gloria will be laid to rest at Glen Eden Lutheran Memorial Park, 35667 Eight Mile Rd, Livonia, Michigan 48152.
