Jean was the loving wife of the late Leo Maciolek. She leaves behind her son Leo “Rick” (Sharon) Maciolek, grandson Michael and many nieces and nephews
Jean was preceded in death by her siblings; Stephanie, Jim, Lorraine, Joe and Ted.
Jean enjoyed gardening, playing cards (especially pinochle), baking and visiting with her neighbors. She loved spending time with her family.
Jean and Leo owned a Mom and Pop hardware store in Detroit in the 1940’s. They also raised their son in the heart of Detroit as well until they retired and moved to Dearborn Heights.
Visitation will take place at Harry J. Will Funeral Home 37000 Six Mile Rd. Livonia, MI 48152 on Fri. April 4 from 2:30-8 with a rosary at 7pm. The funeral Mass will be at St. Joseph Catholic Church 830 Lafayette St. South Lyon, MI 48178 on Sat. April 5 at 12pm with an in state time of 11am.
