Joyce Marie Colling

Joyce was a loving mother to Timothy (MaryEllen) Colling and Nicholas (Marissa) Colling. She was a devoted grandmother to her grandsons, Skyler and James, thinking of them in some of her final moments. Joyce is survived by her older siblings, Susan (Lamont) Haverkate, Nancy (Eric) Johnson, John (Jean) Wollscheid, Robert (Karen) Wollscheid and William Wollscheid. Preceding her in death was her former spouse of 20 years, David Colling.

Joyce was known for her infectious laugh that could be heard across any space. Joyce loved spending quality time with her family and friends, vacations with the “winos,” summers at the lake, enjoying a meal with loved ones, tiramisu, and a glass of Chardonnay. Her love for playing cards was apparent in her victory over Tim and Nick while playing Rummy days before her hospital admission. Joyce was known to be selfless and wise, and left a mark on every life she touched.

Joyce spent 20+ years as a CT Technician at Trinity Health (formerly St. Joseph Mercy) Hospital, where she was a cherished colleague to many.

Public visitation will be held on Thursday, March 19th, 2026 from 4:00 - 8:00 pm at Harry J Will Funeral Home located at 37000 6 Mile Rd, Livonia, MI 48152.

An in-state will be held at 10:30am on Friday, March 20th with a funeral mass at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Victory Church located at 133 Orchard Dr, Northville, MI 48167.

Luncheon immediately following mass at One Under Banquet Venue located at 35780 5 Mile Rd, Livonia, MI 48154.
