Juanita J. Carew

She was the precious daughter of the late Ralph L. Sr. and Laurine Carew. Loving sister of Edward B. Carew Sr. (the late Marie). She was predeceased by her sister Patricia C. Johnson and brother, Ralph L. Carew Jr. "Bud" (Sally). Adored aunt of Bernard (Debby) Johnson, the late Michael Johnson, the late Christopher Carew, Richard (Cheri) Carew, Carol (Syd) Dickinson, Patricia (Ted) Jablonski, Susan (Andy) Sumara, Ralph L. Carew III, Therese Carew, Mary (Tim) Jahn, Bridget (Terry) Case, Edward Carew Jr. (Sidney) and Jean. Juanita is also survived by 27 great-nieces and great-nephews and 4 great-great nieces and nephews.

Juanita was a professed religious in the Order of the Daughters of the Heart of Mary for over 60 years. She was also employed by the Wayne County Treasurers office for 37 years. In her later years, she resided at the Marian Center in Holyoke and was lovingly cared for by the Sisters and staff at the center.

The family will receive friends for a Visitation on Friday, January 25, 2013 from 4-9pm with an evening Vigil at 7:00pm at Harry J. Will Funeral Home 37000 Six Mile, Livonia, MI 48152.

The Funeral Mass will be at 10:00am on Saturday, January 26, 2013 with Final Viewing at church beginning at 9:30am at St. Colette Catholic Church 17600 Newburgh, Livonia, MI 48152.
