

Keith James Bigelow, age 62, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2025, at his home in Plymouth, Michigan. Born on April 6, 1962, in Livonia, Michigan, to the late Mr. James Bigelow and Joyce (Frank) Bigelow, Keith leaves behind a legacy of kindness and a commitment to helping others.
Keith is survived by his beloved son, Michael Bigelow; his mother, Joyce Bigelow; his sisters, Karen (Scott) Parkinson and Kim (Dave) Barli; and his nieces and nephews, Sam, Ashley, and Mandy Parkinson, as well as Christian and Brook Barli. He was preceded in death by his father, James Bigelow.
Keith had a variety of passions that he pursued with enthusiasm throughout his life. An avid bowler, he found great joy in the sport and the camaraderie it brought. His love for history was another defining aspect of his character, and he spent hours reading about American history and watching history documentaries. He was also an enthusiastic collector, whether it was antiques, coins, or capturing memories through photography. Keith's musical tastes were equally diverse, with a special affection for Rock n' Roll music that he enjoyed listening to throughout his life.
Professionally, Keith dedicated many years of service as a lab technician for the American Red Cross. His work in support of this important cause was something he took great pride in, knowing that he was contributing to the well-being of his community and beyond.
Keith’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him, and he will be greatly missed.
At this time, cremation will be taking place, and a memorial service to celebrate Keith’s life will be planned at a later date.
