Kristopher Atallah Taweel was born on May 18, 1974 in Livonia, Michigan to Ramzy and Josephine Taweel. He was one of two children. Kristopher passed away suddenly on Saturday September 8, 2018, in his Northville, Michigan home at the age of 44.
Kristopher was the beloved son of Ramzy and Josephine Taweel. Loving brother of Michael (Nadia) Taweel. A dear nephew of Lami (Hala) Taweel, Raji (Andrea) Taweel, Mona (the late Fred) Farhat, Jubran (Phyllis) Jubran and Michelle Jubran. He will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Kris owned and operated a successful Mrs. Fields franchise. He loved the outdoors, music, traveling, cooking and spending time with his family. His passion was cooking. Kris was a compassionate and loving soul. He had the kindest heart and the most uplifting spirit. Anyone who met Kris was met with an instant friend. There was nothing he loved more than being a son, brother and brother-in-law. He will be deeply missed by everyone that knew and loved him.
Kristopher's family will receive family and friends for a viewing on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at The Basilica of Saint Mary Antiochian Orthodox Church, 18100 Merriman Road, Livonia, Michigan 48152. A Trisagion prayer service will begin at 7:30 PM.
Kristopher's life will be celebrated with a Funeral Liturgy on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at 11:00 AM at The Basilica of St. Mary Antiochian Orthodox Church. The service will be led by The Very Reverend George H. Shalhoub.
Kristopher will be laid to rest by his family in Glen Eden Memorial Park Cemetery, Livonia, Michigan.
