Lawrence Wilbur Vockler, age 69, of Walled Lake, Michigan, was reunited with his Heavenly Family on February 22, 2023. Born on September 2, 1953, to the parents of Wilbur and Patricia Vockler. Beloved husband of Claudia (Riegner) for eight years. Loving father of Lauren (Brandon), Lindsey (Casey), Allie (Greg), Meghan (Jason), Brian (Stacy), and Jamie (Shawn). Cherished Poppie/Papa to Chandler, Bennett, Crew, Oliver, Addison, Colton, Brady, Blakelyn, Bryson, Brody, Brooks, Cameron, Avery and grandchild #14 due in June. Dear brother of Judy (late Russell). He was proceeded in death by his parents, Wilbur and Patricia, sister Diane, and twin brother, Gary.
Larry was born in Detroit, Michigan. He was a proud University of Michigan alumni and retired as a Controller from Ford Motor Company. Larry enjoyed golfing, many fun times on their pontoon boat, rides with the top down in his Corvette, and his Harley Road King. He will be especially remembered for his outgoing personality and sense of humor.
