Loretta J. Tomlinson

Loving mother of Ann Elizabeth Engel (husband Dan), Andrew Charles Tomlinson (wife Dawn), and Katherine Jean Sharp (husband Dennis). Proud Nana of Evan Scheller, Paige Huff (husband Zachary), Olivia Scheller, Dylan Scheller, Luna Sharp, Kevin Frear (wife Jaylee), Meghan Sharp, and Logan Sharp. Beloved Great-Nana of six. Cherished sister of Marie Gauci (late husband Charles) and Pauline Muzyk (husband Gregory).

She was preceded in passing by her husband and best friend for over 50 years, Charles Walter Tomlinson.

Loretta grew up and raised her family in Redford. Her upbringing fostered a pride in her Maltese heritage, which has been passed down to her children. She was involved in the school district ahead of her career in retail sales. She enjoyed cooking, going to casinos, doing cross-stitches and puzzles, and playing board games such as Monopoly with her grandchildren. Some of Loretta's fondest memories were made in Cancun, Mexico, during her annual trips.

A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, October 4, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Harry J. Will Funeral Home, 37000 W Six Mile Road, Livonia, MI 48152.
