Lori shared a beautiful 30-year journey with her husband, Edward Mirabitur, including 10 cherished years of marriage. She was a devoted mother to Brittney (Luigi) Spadafora and Timothy (Shayna) Longeway, and a proud, loving grandmother to Timothy Longeway Jr., Hudson Spadafora, and Ella Spadafora. She was the cherished daughter of Marilyn Jackson and the late Gordon Jackson, and a dear sister to Cheryl (Michael) Perry and Gordon (Kristine) Jackson.
Lori had a deep love for the outdoors and a natural green thumb—gardening brought her peace and joy, and her flower beds were always full of color and care. She enjoyed quiet afternoons by the water, whether fishing with loved ones or boating on a sunny day. Trips “up north” were a favorite tradition, offering her the serenity of nature and cherished time with family.
Above all, Lori's heart belonged to her grandchildren. She delighted in watching them grow, play, and laugh—always ready with a warm hug, a thoughtful gift, or a fun outing. She had a lifelong affection for animals and always had a soft spot for pets in need of love. A passionate shopper, she had an eye for beautiful things and a talent for finding just the right item to brighten someone's day.
Lori’s life was a reflection of her generous spirit—full of love, laughter, and care for those around her.
