

Lucy Tracz of Dearborn, Michigan passed away on Sunday, January 2, 2022 at the age of 100. She was the loving wife of the late Edward Tracz. The beloved mother of Barbara (Ken) Weiss, Karen (Steve) Hess, Edward (Deb) Tracz, Janice Tracz, Tom (Sue) Tracz. She was the cherished grandmother of Carrie (Ryan), Kellie (Joe), Maggie, Andy (Lindsey), Dan (Kay) Ben (Taylor), Joe (Nick), Becky (Rob), Chris (Lindsey), Michelle, Anthony (Shannon), Haley, Ryan, Kevin, and Caroline and the great grandmother of Kiley, Madison, Blake, Reagan, Evelyn, William, Lauren, Steven, Grayson, Natalie, Morgan, Isla, Reid, Shea, Isaiah, and Jacob. She was the dear sister to the late Zygmunt (Eleanor) Tolzdorf and the late Bernice (Marion) Smykowski. Lucy was a loved Aunt and friend to many.
Lucy was the matriarch of her family and truly loved when friends and family gathered. Lucy was an active and proud parishioner of Divine Child Church who also loved to knit, do puzzles, play cards, and check her email every day.
Visitation will be 9–10 am Friday, January 7th at Divine Child Church in Dearborn, MI (1055 N Silvery Ln, Dearborn, MI 48128). A funeral mass will immediately follow at 10am at Divine Child. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield for immediate family after.
