Marjorie was very active in the church, her Lord Jesus was the source of her strength, which got her through the storms in life. She shared her love for the Lord through her mission work. She helped feed and dress the needy close to home. Marjorie also traveled to Haiti, Mexico and China in her quest to share God's word.
Marjorie worked at the Fisher Plant as a parts inspector, Floyd's Florist, volunteered for the Red Cross and dearly loved being a foster mother to 14 children. Her heart held great passion and made anyone who spent time with her laugh and feel loved. She enjoyed the friendship and fellowship at Warren Road Free Methodist Church.
She is also known as one of the top female racecar drivers in Michigan. She enjoyed driving, stopping in at her children's and grandchildren's houses, cooking, baking, sewing, bowling and she was a huge Tupperware lady.
Marjorie is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Orrin, Son Warren Heikkila and daughter Cheryl Barry.
Marjorie was the much-loved mother of Warren (Colleen), Donald, Cheryl (John), Rebecca and Michael (Amy). She was the very proud grandmother of 13 and great-grandmother of 6.
Marjorie (Mom, Grandma "O", Gigi) will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
Please join us in remembering her wonderful smile, her faith, and her greatest moments in her lifetime.
