My dear fried Mary.  It has been 2 years since you passed.  I see your smiling face everyday.  I have your holy card on my mirror and I say HELLO Mary everyday.  When Joe & I go to Lucas it is not the same.  No swearing, no laughing, no what are you getting.   I have said at card making, where's Mary to sign our cards.  Truly you are missed.    The fun times when we car pooled, your laughter and your funny stories.    I miss you Mary.    Karen.

Today hundreds of people said goodbye to Mary. I wanted to tell everyone about my friend Mary. I got to know her through working at canton township for a couple years until my career path took me elsewhere.  We had countless lunch dates while working together and then dinner dates after we were no longer co workers.  We were often asked if we were mother/daughter, one of us (🙋🏻‍♀️) got more of a kick from that than the other. Imagine the colorful words she had when the waitress would leave. She loved her family, fiercely. As well as her friends who adored her equally, as evident today. She loved her (not so small anymore) small town, south lyon. I moved there briefly and she was so dang excited to show me everything her “small” town had. Everyone knows she loves photography and lighthouses, her vacations to the keys and south haven. She would sometimes ask me technology questions but i was always asking her camera and photography questions! She loved her cats, and for whatever reason her previous cat, DC, would give me the business whenever i would visit and she would get such a kick out of that. She had the best sense of humor, her sarcasm and dry humor is why we always got along so well.  I’ll forever think of you whenever i see a lighthouse or beautiful sunset.  You left so many heartbroken, but i hope you know, wherever you are, how much we’ll all miss you!

We loved Mary such a sweet niece and we will surely miss her. Love and prayers to the family.

Deb and I were so blessed to have Mary as our sons godmother. She was a good friend and had a beautiful soul. We will miss her gentle nature and quick wit. Her passing has left an ache in our hearts.

Mary what can I say about our friendship?  The laughs to and from work, going out to lunches and dinners, coming to my house and laughing like fools until we peed our pants.    I remember the first time I picked you up for work, you were late and I rang the bell, you came to the door  with cream on your face and you liked like Mrs. Doubtfire, oh what a site.  I knew this adventure would be great one.  Mary, who's going to meet us at Lucas and have Joe laughing?  My memories will be with me forever my dear friend, and I have lots of them.  Peace be with you and hopefully see you again.   Missing You.

My heart goes out to Mary’s family and many friends. It was clear she adored her family. She was also a very loyal friend. Mary lite up a room when she walked in with her smile and great sense of humor. We had so much fun working together at Canton, to many laughs to count. Mary I will miss your laughter and kind spirit. Thoughts and prayers go out to the Falzon family.

Mary was such a caring and kind person. She was always willing to help out and do things for others.  In our early years at Public Safety we would met in the lunchroom for lunch every day. I have many fond memories of her and our times together.  She could always make you laugh at the funny things she said and did. Our friendship grew and we did things together outside of work as well. She will certainly be missed.  
Mary's family and friends are in my thoughts and prayers. May God bless you with strength and peace in the days ahead as you process this loss.

I worked with Mary at CPD... I allways entered her office and was able to talk about anything/everthing.  She was a real true friend of mine!

I met Mary at the Township over 20 years ago. Mary is a one of a kind. The conversations we had, would have you laughing until you were crying and trying to catch your breath or peeing your pants. We talked about her family and friends, it made you feel like you were apart of them.  Her heart was pure gold.

Mary was a one of a kind. I will miss all our lunch dates where we would laugh and have great conversations.  She was special to me and my kids. My heart goes out to her family and all her friends. We will all miss Mary but we will remember the good times!

I have known Mary for over 24 years.  She was the first person I worked with closely at the Police Department and was one of my very favorite people.  Mary was warm, fun, funny, kind, trustworthy.  She was so helpful when I first started working and always willing to help, even years later.  I will miss hearing her stories and I will miss her warm smile.  Mary always spoke fondly of her family and my sympathy goes out to them.

I worked with Mary at the Township. She always had a smile on her face and was always so helpful. If she didn't know the answer which was rare, she would take the time to help figure it out. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family. She truly was a one of a kind genuinely nice person. She will be missed.

When I started at Canton almost 19 years ago, Mary was one of the first friends I made.  No one could make me laugh as hard as she did!  She was always so kind and thoughtful and I loved all the photos she would take.  Whenever I saw a lighthouse or sunset I would immediately think of Mary.  One of the things Mary and I had in common was the love of family.  I loved hearing her talk about her big family and all the crazy/funny stories.  My thoughts and prayers are with her mom, brothers, sisters and the entire Falzon family who she loved so much. Thank you for sharing her with the rest of us, I feel blessed to have known her and will miss her tremendously.
