Milton Siegert

He was the beloved husband of Gloria for 64 years. Loving father of Philip (Amy), Stephen (Peggy) and Ann (John) O'Keefe. Dear grandfather of Cullen Siegert of Michigan, Chase (Junlie) Siegert of Australia, Kelsey O'Keefe of Michigan, Erin O'Keefe of Michigan, Mike (Jenna) Siegert of Georgia, Emily (Cort) Schnetzler of North Carolina, Krista Siegert of Michigan, Bryan Siegert of Michigan and Sam Siegert of Michigan. Great-grandfather of Chase Milton Siegert of Australia and Lauraline, Alexa & Kailan Schnetzler of North Carolina. Survived by his brother Clifford (Emily) Siegert and his sister Ellen Forrster.

Preceded in death by his parents, Reinhold & Esther Siegert and his brothers, Walter, Harold, Robert, Clarence & Elmer Siegert.

Milton was a decorated WWII Army Veteran assigned to the 184th Anti Aircraft Artillery Gun Battalion. He fought in European Theater including the Battle of the Bulge earning the American Defense Service Ribbon, EAME Campaign Ribbon, Bronze Service Star - Normandy Campaign, Bronze Service Star - Northern France Campaign, Bronze Service Star - Germany Campaign, Bronze Service Star - Germany Campaign 2, and the Good Conduct Ribbon. He was honorably discharged as a Private 1st Class on December 8, 1945.

Milton's primary career was a Draftsman in the Engineering Division for Ford Motor Company until his retirement.

Milton will be laid to rest in Glen Eden Lutheran Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Livonia, Michigan
