Dear Family,  I was at Twain when Nancy began her career.  She was such a caring, motivating presence when working with students.  I remember an infectious smile and willingness to try it all to help our kids.  The world needs more Nancy's and she will be missed .

I knew Nancy from working with her at Dearborn Public Schools. She was a kind, patient and gentle woman who worked so well with our Special needs students. Nancy was so approachable and always had something nice to say about everyone. I will truly miss her smile and the rapport that she had with students and co-workers. God takes the best ones. He has something Special for Nancy to do in Heaven.   My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

We were very sorry to hear of Nancy's passing. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family. We met Nancy and Ed through Lizzy and summer softball. She was a great lady and will be missed greatly.

I was saddened to hear the news of Nancy's passing, it was just heart breaking. Nancy worked with my son Ali in Dearborn Public Schools for many years. I loved to get her phone call because she always had a great story to tell me and we would talk (and laugh) for like 30 minutes. She was just so compassionate and caring! She will be missed by everyone who knew her. Nancy was just the best! My condolences, thoughts, and prayers go out to your family as you cope with this shocking loss of such a special woman.

I was very sorry to hear of Nancy's passing. I knew her at Twain for some years and was aware of her excellent skills as a therapist.  She was wonderful with the children.  I know you will miss her very much.  God's love will surround and support you all.

My thoughts and prayers go out to all of Nancy's friends and family.  I knew her when we were only 15 years old, until she graduated from high school.  In those 3 years I must have watched her play a hundred basketball games and volleyball too!  Children, not having the luxory of being around when their parents were only 15 years old, have no idea how fun, and cool, parents really were back "in the day". She was quite the athlete, for sure.  It may have been 37 years since I've seen her, but I have many fond memories of a wonderful person.

Dear Ed, Eddie and Elizabeth- I had the pleasure of working with Nancy many years ago at Mark Twain in Royal Oak. She was wonderful with the kids and always so nice to me. She always had a beautiful smile which I can see by the pictures she kept. I remember when she got her first "cell phone" and was showing it to me. It was huge by today's standards and came in a big bag! I have thought of her and that phone many times over the years. I am so sad for your loss. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry. I first met Nancy @ All Saints in the lunchroom then realized we lived in the same sub! Of course, I would see her on dog-walks and soon we would be chatting up a storm. She adored her family(Jake and Cole too) and was such a lovely lady.I know she made herself available to so many people. I have no words to bring you comfort but I promise to pray that God will give you the necessary strength to keep moving forward. I will cherish the laughs we shared when we talked about our kids and our dogs. She was a genuine gem. God bless.

I'm so shocked and saddened to learn of Nancy's passing. She was such a friendly, kind-hearted and genuinely nice person. I always enjoyed talking to her at the Plymouth Township board meetings where she came to speak up for something she believed in. She will be missed.

I cant express what Nancy meant to me. One of my closest friends, she always had the answers I was looking for, the encouragement I needed and the friendship I cherished. Always smiling and always there when someone was in need. She truly gave endlessly of herself and touched more people than she could have ever known. I love you Nance.
