I worked with Nick at Oakwood Hospital. We later worked together for a short time at Troy Beaumont.
I enjoyed Nicks friendship and can still hear that great laugh. In phone conversations over the last number of years, We spoke a lot about the Bible and spiritual things. I know Nick was a believer in Jesus Christ, I know I will see him again .

My heart goes out to the family of Nick. Growing up with the Masons living next door I have so many memories. As children we were a close neighborhood bunch! We played kick the can, mother may I, rode our bikes through the neighborhood and played at the park down the street. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. RIP Nick.

My name is Wayne Darr, I’ve known Nick for over 25 years. I worked in Clinical Engineering early in his career at Oakwood Hospital. Back then he was very talented and as the many comments reflect, he carried that throughout his career.
When we spoke he was always talking about his love for his family & how proud he was of his daughters. My best wishes and prayers are with them.

I’ve known Nick over 25 years, first as a great coworker, then as an exceptional friend, and hunting buddy. There was no one better to have as a coworker, friend, or in your hunting camp. He was always ready to lend a hand.

I'm June Barrett surgical supply specialist, I only known Nick a short time at McLaren Macomb. I work in the O.R I would call Nick if I had any equipment issues he would come look at it usually with in 30mins he would call me It's fixed where do you want it. Nick was very soft spoken. Nick was a coworker, a friend, a skilled hunting buddy. You were a one-of-a-kind. You were funny, caring, and a great Biomedical Technician, you never wanted to stop learning, and loved a good challenge. You enjoyed teaching others; thanks for all you taught me. You will be missed my friend.
