Mike and I are so sorry for your loss.

Your Dad was an awesome neighbor and father. He made us feel welcome in the neighborhood from the very first moment. I still remember the day we met like it was yesterday. We had just closed on our house, I was 9 months pregnant and waddling around in the backyard of our brand new home, an hour after closing .... And there were the neighbors....sitting outside, enjoying the sun by the pool, joking, laughing. Before I knew it you'd convinced us to join you, Lynn, Mike, your Mom, your Dad. We had owned our house for less than a day and we were already hanging out in the backyard with the neighbors. ☺️

Your mom and dad were the most welcoming of people, whether it was waiting to see the girls in their Halloween costumes each year or waving at the random toddler running across their lawn. They always had a smile on their face and warmth in their hearts, they will be missed.

It's been a tough year for Nick, he overcame so much, I will miss seeing him out my window walking up and down the block but it makes my heart happy that he is now with your mom. He missed her so much.

Our prayers are with the whole Pritula family. He was a good man, great father, even better human being.

Lynn, after losing my own father at such a young age, and then moving to Livonia at 9 years old, I met you and was immediately welcomed into the Pritula family as all of the kid's friends were. Your Mom & Dad not only had you, Nick, Mike & Marc, but all of their friends, too! Never have I known parents who were so much fun and welcoming to all.
I loved your Mom & Dad as if they were my own, and will cherish all of the wonderful memories that I've experienced with them throughout the years. Your Dad was a father to me in so many ways, and I know you will all miss him terribly. My heart and sincere condolences go out to the whole Pritula/Quist family with tons of love and healing vibes being sent your way.

As Marc's in-laws, Mr. & Mrs. P made it easy to feel like part of the family almost immediately. Their warmth and good nature quickly drew us into the Pritula clan circle.

Nick was generous, intelligent and quick witted, enjoying a good joke, a good drink or a spirited debate, of which I had the pleasure of sharing with him many times. Diane & Melody either refereed or moderated accordingly.

Nick could best be described as an iron fist in a velvet glove, knowing when to let things slide offering understanding and patience but also when to put his foot down or in other places.

We will miss his warmth, humor and honesty, a man from a generation where faith in God, devotion to family and hard work was not just lip service but his way of life.

Rest in peace Mr. P - with Mrs. P by your side for eternity. Your work is finished on earth, enjoy your Heavenly rewards.

I'm so sorry on the loss of Mr. Pritula, Mr. P as his kids' friends would call him. He always loved being surrounded by his family. He was a wonderful man, never seeming to need or want much, just his family. We all could take a lesson from that!!
Thank you for your service to our country. You're an American hero.

RIP, Mr. P. May you rest in heavenly peace, alongside Mrs. P, Nick and Bobby. You will be missed.
