Rich was the beloved husband of Diane, whom he married in October of 1990. He was the cherished father of Jason Arsineau and the proud grandfather of Evan, Tyler, and Dylan. He was the dearest brother of Lynne Combs (Tom Fant) and Cheryl Pollack. Rich was preceded in death by his sister, Rose Pola, and brothers-in-law, Lane Combs and Jerry Pollack.
He was a loving uncle to Ed Combs, Scott Combs, Wendy Anteau, Lynette Okragly, Melanie Alati, Justin Pollack, Sherry Stafani, Tina Gregg, and Dennis McGill. Rich was also dearly loved by Diane’s family, including his sister-in-law, Bettie Kross; nieces and nephews Eileen, David, Ron, and Karen; and great-nieces and great-nephews Diane, Thomas, and Hunter.
Rich was a graduate of Benedict High School and continued his education in programming analysis. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1962 to 1966.
In his free time, Rich enjoyed playing golf and cards, but some of his happiest moments were spent surrounded by his family. He was a loving, kind, and caring person who brought warmth and companionship to those fortunate enough to know him. His family will forever cherish the memories they shared with him and the love he gave so freely.
Rich will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family and friends. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 14, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service at 4:00 p.m. at Harry J. Will Funeral Home.
