He was predeceased by his wife, Mary. Beloved father of Colleen (Steve) Gum, Kevin (Patti) Rich, Brian (Mary) Rich, and Patricia (Jason) Keith. Dear grandfather of Connor, Sarah, Maura, Brianna, Forrest, Brody, Shane, Nolan, Kayla, and Meghan. Brother of Kenneth (Paula) and Gerald (Sandra).
Bob worked as a sales representative for over 30 years and was a member of the Ancient Order of HIbernians, Knights of Equity, and Knights of Columbus.
Visitation for Robert will be held Thursday, January 3, from 4:30-8:30pm with a Rosary Service at 7pm at Harry J Will Funeral Home, Livonia. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, January 4 at 10am (in-state at 9:30am) at St Priscilla Catholic Church, 19120 Purlingbrook Rd, Livonia. Robert will be laid to rest at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan. Memorials can be made in Robert's honor to the Capuchin Soup Kitchen, Detroit.
