Robert John Schwab

Robert was carried home to heaven on April 4, 2014 after just celebrating a birthday with family. Cherished husband of Bertha, beloved father of Janet McIntosh, Robert Jr (Margaret), Kenneth (Mary Ann) and Keith Schwab. Much loved step-father of Lance and Kane Vincent, Adored grandpa of Kelli Muraca, Jamie McIntosh, Jerome, John and Brian, Keith Jr. and Maria Schwab, Michelle Stellar, and step-grandpa of Jaedyn, Talyn and Skeilynn Vincent. He is also survived by his sister Joanne Owen, nephew Brian Berndt, and nieces Linda Berndt and Kim (David) Hogue. Robert is predeceased by his first wife Barbara and parents John and Anna.

Robert enjoyed playing cards especially euchre, he liked to golf and was a member of a barber shop chorus for over 15 years. He was a proud member of the Shriners for over 40 years. Robert also enjoyed watching Tiger baseball, the Detroit Red Wings and yes, even the Lions. He loved spending time with his family and friends.

Visitation will take place at the Harry J. Will Fuenral Home, 37000 Six Mile Road in Livonia, Michigan 48152 on Sunday from 4-8 pm and Monday from 2-8 pm with a Masonic Service and Barbershop Chorus on Monday at 7:00 pm. The funeral service will take place at St. Timothy Presbyterian Church, 16700 Newburgh Road in Livonia, Michigan on Tuesday at 11:00 am.
