Robert Alan Sey was born on July 24, 1937 in Wyandotte, Michigan to Alexander and Alta Sey. He was one of 6 children. He passed away peacefully under the care of Great Lakes Caring Hospice in Trenton, Michigan on November 27, 2012 at the age of 75.
Robert was the beloved husband of Linda for 54 years. Loving father of Robin (Frank) Caldwell and Elizabeth (Terry) Jones. Dear grandpa of Robert (Paula) Caldwell, Alexander Caldwell, Daniel Caldwell and Erik Jones. Great-grandpa of Maverick and Roselani Caldwell. Survived by his sister Janis (the late Michael) Goralczyk, his brother Raymond (Dawnee) Sey and his brother Roger Sey.
Predeceased by his brother Leo Charron and his sister Mary Kagy.
Bob was a Navy Veteran. He was a carpenter who built houses, furniture and displays at Cobo Hall among other places. He retired from Carpenter’s Local Detroit #687.
