Rocco Deflorio

Rocco was the loving husband of Jamie, son of Domenico and Domenica DeFlorio and brother of Victor (Mary Jo) and Paul. Rocco is also survived by his nephew Christopher and niece Angela. Rocco was preceded in death by his dog Sandi whom he loved very much.

Rocco enjoyed watching sports and attending sporting events. He liked football, hockey and baseball. Rocco also enjoyed reading and keeping up with politics. He will be missed by all who knew him. Rocco was very fond of the Lady of Guadeloupe. He traveled to Mexico and visited the statue and was very impressed.

Rocco served in the United States Navy. He spent his time serving on the USS Iowa ship. He participated in the bicentennial celebration in the New York Harbor. He was very proud to be a US veteran.

Visitation will take place at Harry J. Will Funeral Home, 37000 Six Mile Rd. Livonia, Mi on Tues. March 25, 2014 from 4-8 with a Rosary at 7pm. The Mass will take place at St. Colette Catholic Church on Wed. March 26 at 10:30 am with an in state time of 10:00 am.

Following the Mass, Rocco will be entombed at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Southfield, MI.
