There’s too many memories for me to just pick one, so I can’t

Sally has been missed, she was the only one that seem to help getting the answers and parts needed for the dealers from Ford Motor Co.  I have had the pleasure  to know her by e-mail and phone  and never had the chance to meet her in person that I regret 
now.  Sally was a true dedicated person to her job and I am sure to her family.  I have been in the Ford Dealer business for over 50 years and have have not found another person that has helped me more than Sally!!!!   Rest in Peace  

Sally was a wonderful person to work with and unfortunately I never got the pleasure to meet her in person. She was so helpful, determined and like others said would do her best for our customers. There was just something about the way she did her job that somehow made you feel important and there was a sense of accomplishment. The Good Lord took her too soon, but know there is a reason he wanted her and that she will live on in our memories forever!

Sally was such a wonderful person ,she always made time to help us at a dealer level. She was not only great at her job but she was ALWAYS kind and helpful. I have come across very few people who had the skill , commitment, and kindness that Sally had. I will miss her on many levels.

It was very sad to hear about the loss of Sally.  She was definitely our go-to-girl at Bill Brown Ford.  We often referred to her as Mustang Sally.  We will surely miss her and her unwavering dedication to customer service!! 

I'm heartbroken to hear the news of Sally's passing. She was a pleasure to work with, very conscientious, thorough, and customer-focused. I appreciated all her efforts to expedite service parts for our customers, and I'll miss seeing her here at the office. My sincere condolences go out to her personal family, as I'm certain you treasured her like her family here at FCSD  treasured her, as a long-time member of our team. Godspeed, and peace be with you now!   

The entire Ford parts and service network lost an invaluable asset. She has helped me and our customers countless times over the years. She will be missed greatly. My prayers are with her family.

Sally was always the go to person for parts!  Any dealer who called me with trouble, Sally came to the rescue.  She would keep looking and looking for any avenue to find it.  Smart, Dedicated, Customer Focused and Caring.  I will miss our interactions and her help. 

Sally   was a true FOMOCO MVP. Sally operated with such a drive in her job, it was truly magical how she procured backordered parts. Hers will be HUGE 
shoes to Fill. Im glad i had the pleasure of dealing with her. May God Bless HER.

I had in times past, referred to Sally as “a parts angel” given her unique skill set and demeanor while handling countless time critical situations. For those of us fortunate enough to have had the pleasure of working with Sally, she will be greatly missed.  Rest in peace Sally “D”.     

Sally will be dearly missed.  So thankful for her endless help over the years.  My deepest condolence to her family. 

Sally was determined, loyal, and caring.  All traits we could use more of in the world.  With all the accolades she received over the years she was still humble and soft spoken.  She touched our lives and we are better off for it.

I am deeply saddened by the news of Sally's untimely passing. I finally met Sally face-to-face back in 2014 after years of corresponding through emails. I was so excited to meet her that I took this picture, so that I could share with my parts department colleagues the face of the one who was so helpful to us.  She was our HERO so many times throughout the years, helping us to help owners of Ford vehicles and getting their broken vehicles fixed. She was always so humble and willing to do whatever she could to help us. We Ford dealers have lost a true CHAMPION and she will be sorely missed. My condolences to her family and friends at this difficult time. 

I had the honor and pleasure of working with Sally everyday. She was highly valued across the organization and many benefited from  her drive, passion and superior customer service mentality.  Sally will certainly be missed. 

My prayers are with her brother and father, whom she was very close with as well as her entire family. 

Sally was always such a joy to work with and very helpful.  Anytime I need her help she was always there and put in the extra effort.  Her happy spirit was so enjoyable.

The Suppliers, Dealers, and Plants loved her ... she always went the extra mile.  She will be sorely missed by the Ford Team.

More importantly she was a great person ... in an incredibly stressful environment she was always level headed and an absolute pleasure to work with.

She will be missed by all ...
