When I met Vicki.....The year was 2016. The place was EMCC Super fest, specifically the silent auction table; your domain.  You approached me with your contagious vibrant personality.  You asked if I had a car? Nope, my boyfriend does. You asked if we thought about becoming members. I told you Jason wanted to join, but my schedule was so busy already, there wasn't enough hours in a day until after I graduated. Your famous words "oh, it's not like that...we don't do a lot...if you can make things do, if you can't don't worry about. Its fun! The club has great people! We do this super fest every year and its FUN too!  In less than 30 seconds, you were walking me over to Ernie (the treasurer at the time) to sign Jason and I up to become member's. It was a SURPRISE for Jason, and boy was he surprised! The rest as they say, is history. I ended up winning the ice cream maker (which I really wanted). Turned out, you donated it, so every time I use it, I get to take a stroll down memory lane.  I will miss you, more than I can express. You showed me the ropes, in ways you didn't realize. Your strength is immeasurable. Heaven not only gained an angel, but a warrior. I made you two promises: 1) to fill your shoes for the silent auction and 2) that we as a club would keep Nick in line and out of trouble and most of all BUSY.  

To Nick and Family, we are so very sad for you all, for the loss of Vicki. Take comfort in knowing that she will always be with you everyday, in everyway. She will live through you and your memories of her. We will keep you all in our daily thoughts and prayers. Please do not hesitate to reach if there is anything we can do for you, even if it is just to grab a coffee.

I remember as a child going over to Victoria's house and playing pinball in the basement. Barbaques and going to the park at the school. It was such a loving atmosphere and an awesome place to hang out.  Also all of the family reunions at Hinze Park. My condolences go out to the family. Prayers for God's presence through all the great memories and family and friends. It is always hard knowing why God takes some people so early. We love you and will miss you Victoria. Until we meet again Sunshine and smiles.

So many happy memories from high school at St. Mary of Redford. We had lots of laughs planning reunions together. Vicki was always the first to head home. She loved her husband Nick to pieces. And she was up ready for work each day.  Her family was a great source of joy and pride and comfort. She doted on her grandchildren ("the most beautiful and brilliant children in the world").  Thank you, Vicki, for your sweet smile and bright eyes. We remember you with great fondness because you spread light everywhere you went.

I met Victoria at the Livonia Y in our Water Exercise classes. She was always happy and sharing good news. I will miss her smile and positive attitude and I pray that you have strength to get through these days ahead. She was a wonderful woman.

Though miles and time separated us, we have always remain friends.  Thank you for sharing your high school years with me.  Your kindness and gentle spirit made you someone I was proud to call my friend.  You will take this journey with the same can do attitude that you approach everything.  Love

I met Nick & Vic 2 years ago, when I joined the club. Vic was always ready to keep me in line, because I can be a little loud, I will never forget calling Nick one day last year? she answers "I am not his secretary Tony" me "Hi Vic" Vic "Tony he is sleeping on the floor right now he just finished cutting the grass, I'll have him call you back" she hung up! I love you Vic!

We met Nick and Vicki around the time we moved to Michigan in 1986 and joined the Tri_V Club. What a ball of energy. Easy to laugh, help out in any way, invite you in for a chat, coffee, surrounded by her kids and hubs. A hard worker, solid friend, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt... What else. Selfless. Always remembered birthdays. When our son was ill she sent cards to him all the time and they'd make him smile. She supported our family when we lost him. Miles can come between us in distance, but the friendships are still held close.  See ya on the flip-side, my friend.  

Victoria was a strong, wonderful, caring and courageous woman even before she became sick and in her sickness she was so strong and never wanted to dwell on herself. She always put others ahead of anything she was facing. That is definitely a strong person. She will be so missed by all of us that called her a wonderful friend. Rest in peace Victoria.

We were so blessed to become friends with Nick and Vicki. We had many wonderful moments with them at the Church's we attended. Our Grandchildren know some of their Grandchildren. When Raleigh and I joined the Camaro Club several years ago we had the good fortune to sit at your table.  You and Vicki made us feel so welcome.  Vicki became a new friend.  Her smile and genuine concern for others even through her challenges will always be remembered.  Raleigh and I want you to know you and your family are in our prayers. Vicki is smiling down on us all.

She was like a sister to me. Very giving of her time to all. 

I consider myself fortunate to have made the acquaintance of Vicki through the Eastern Michigan Camaro Club.  She had a wonderful, upbeat spirit throughout the course of her illness.  She is an example of a life well lived.  My thoughts are prayers are with her family, especially her husband, Nick, through the coming days when the burden of grief will be heavy.  

Vickie has been a good part of my life for very long time.   She is family.  So many wonderful memories. She added positive loving energy to my life.  Always doing good and sharing herself fully.  Thank you Vickie  I love you.  Rest now in the arms of our God.

Our family was happy that she came to our mothers 90 birthday in 2017 and she continued to keep in touch with her . I’m so very sad for your family , you are all in our prayers .
