

Virginia MacQueen was born in Detroit, Michigan on May 10, 1926 and died in Hillman, Michigan on July 11, 2012. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Neil MacQueen in 1987. She is survived by her two loving daughters Cynthia (Robert) Arment and Maureen (Brian) Wilczynski. She is the devoted grandmother to Stephen, Melissa and Neil and the sister of Rita Ankenbrandt. She was also preceded in death by her brother Frank and sister Irene.
Virginia will be remembered for her sense of humor and her great love for her family.
Friends may visit Virginia's family during a visitation in her honor on Sunday July 15, 2012 from 4 pm until 9 pm at the Harry J. Will Funeral Home, 37000 W. Six Mile in Livonia, Michigan 48152. The funeral home is located on the north side of Six Mile, just east of I-275 and Newburgh Road.
Her funeral services will be held on Monday July 16, 2012 at Our Lady of Loretto Catholic Church, 17716 Olympia in Redford, Michigan 48240. The church is located on the northeast corner of W. Six Mile and Beech Daly Roads. She will lie in state at the church from 10:30 am until her Funeral Mass at 11 am celebrated by Fr. Socorro Fernandes.
She will be laid to rest with Neil at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery in Southfield, Michigan.
