William D. Wachob

William D. Wachob passed away on December 20, 2014 at his home in Livonia. He was 65 years old. William was born on September 16, 1949 to June and William Wachob in Detroit, Michigan. Growing up he was a proud Eagle Scout member. William received his undergraduate degree from Easter Michigan University before moving on to receive his Masters from Oakland University. With time he received his Doctorate from Lawrence Technological University. William put all that education to good use as the Director of the Computer Center at EDS before moving on to Lawrence Technological University where he was an Executive Director.Along with computers, William enjoyed golf, Indy car racing, and Trains. William was loved by so many people. His memories will live on through his family and the friends he made throughout his life.

William is survived by his wife of 42 years, Joanne. His daughter Carrie and her husband Ben. His grandson Henry. His sister Sherry Allen and his sister-in-law Leona and her husband Ken Daniels. His nephews Mark Daniels, Glen Daniels, Matthew Fuller and his niece Jeanette Brooks.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 from 3:00pm to 6:00pm at Harry J. Will Funeral Home, 37000 Six Mile Road, in Livonia.
