Mr. Alexander Doerr

Peacefully, at McCormick Home, London on April 3, 2010, Mr. Alex Doerr in his 91st year. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy Doerr (2004). Loving father of Terry (1983) and wife Bonnie Doerr, Doug and wife Geri Doerr, Randy Doerr, Janet and husband Dan (2003) MacIsaac. Dear Grandfather of Jay and wife Michelle, Scott and wife Lisa, Heather and husband Daryl Hunt and Cameron MacIsaac. Proud Papa of Dylan, Terry and Kyle Doerr, Robbie Hunt and soon-to-arrive Baby Hunt. Predeceased by his sister Peggy Lumsden and brother Harold Doerr. Sincere thanks to the McCormick Home, Alex's other family, for their kindness, care and support. Visitation will be held in the Needham Funeral Chapel on Tuesday from 7-9pm with a Masonic Service being held at 6:45 pm under the auspices of Union Lodge #380 and Wednesday April 7, 2010 from 12 noon until the time of service at 1 pm. Rev. Keith Rameshwar to officiate. Interment in Woodland Cemetery to follow. In lieu of flowers, in Alex's memory, donations may be made to the Dundas Street United Church or the McCormick Home.
