GREEN, Bernard (Bernie)- On Friday, September 2nd, 2016, in his 85th year, has passed away peacefully at Parkwood Institute surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his loving wife, Renate and his son Bruce. Loving father of Karen (Terry), Gary (Kerri), John, and Collin (Cindy). Brother of Gail (Bob, deceased) and his predeceased brother Danny (Carol). Missed by his loving grandchildren Tanya (Dale), Krysten (Craig), Kyle, Danielle, Courtney, Connor, Stephanie and great-grandson Chayse. He will also be greatly missed by his many nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the fifth floor nurses and staff of Parkwood Institute. As per Bernie’s wishes, there will be no memorial service. However, donations made in his honour to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
