Passed away peacefully, with her family by her side on May 29th, 2023, at the age of 62 at Victoria Hospital in London, ON.
Survived by loving husband Ken, daughter Tara, sister Diana, and brother-in-law Dave.
Predeceased by her parents Wilhelmine and Everett.
Bev was a member of the breast cancer survivors’ dragon boat team: Rowbust. Since 2018, she enjoyed training and competing with her rowing sisters.
Those who had the privilege to know Bev describe her as a fierce warrior who was a leader on and off the boat. Bev’s contagious smile, dry and witty sense of humour, and her giant heart will be greatly missed by everyone.
Bev always had a smile on her face. She was always up for an adventure and would go to the ends of the earth to help others. We're all a little better for knowing Bev, and for that, we say thanks to the world. Her absence leaves a big hole in the lives of those who were lucky enough to love her.
As per Bev’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be taking place Friday, June 2nd, 2023 at Needham Funeral Service. Guests are welcome to arrive at 4:30PM to celebrate Bev’s memory. Fond memories can be left at www.needhamfuneralhome.com.
In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Rowbust in Bev’s memory. www.canadahelps.org/en/dn/70112?v1=true
