Brenton "Lee" Clegon Welch

Peacefully at Victoria Hospital on August 3, 2012 Brenton Clegon “Lee” Welch of London. Beloved husband of Beth Ann Welch. Loving father of Laurel Brown (Ted) of Waterloo and Brent Welch and step father of Judy Fullard (David) of Niagara Falls. Dear grandfather of Jennifer, Gregory, Tricia, Paula and Ryan. He will be sadly missed by sisters in law Arlie Wood, Annette Cox (Donald) and Rose Mackie as well as family friends Hazel Berry and the Watsons. He was predeceased by 1 brother and 4 sisters. Lee served in the Canadian Air Force during WWII, was retired from Union Gas, was a Trustee of Richard’s memorial United Church and a long-time member of the Masonic Order and the Shrine including being a Past Master of Union Lodge #380 and Past Grand Lodge Officer. There will be a Masonic Service under the auspices of Union Lodge #380 on Monday August 20, 2012 at 7 pm in the Needham Funeral Home (520 Dundas St). The memorial service will be held at Richards Memorial United Church (360 Edgeworth Ave.) on Tuesday August 21, 2012 at 2 pm with visitation 1 hour prior to the service.
