Passed away peacefully at Peoplecare Oakcrossing on Friday August 18, 2023, Mrs. Carolyn Fay Stack of Strathroy, in her 88th year.
Predeceased by her parents, Her dear and loving husband Sgt. Thomas William Stack (R.C.R.), son in law Brian, granddaughter Bridget and great grandson Ya’mario. Survived by her daughter Sheryl and her three sons Michael, Scott (Marilyn) and Patrick (Mary). She will be missed by her grandchildren James, Angela, Michael, Stephen, Morgan, Angie, Troy and David as well as numerous great grandchildren. A special thank you to the staff at Peoplecare Oakcrossing for all your support and care during these difficult times. Visitation will be held at Needham Funeral Service (520 Dundas St., London) on Thursday August 24th from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and where the Funeral Service will be held on Friday August 25, 2023 at 10:30 am. Interment to follow at St Peter’s Cemetery (806 Victoria St, London)
