Daphne took me in when I was 17 years old. Daphne's willingness to welcome me into her life, home, and heart is a testament to her kind and loving spirit. I loved our Scrabble games, spiritual discussions, and the comfort she offered me during times of need. I remember crawling up beside her after a terrible nightmare and being soothed to sleep by her reassuring words and the aroma of Rub-A-535. Even to this day, I still find that scent comforting because it reminds me of Daphne. She was such an amazing and beautiful person, and I owe her a great deal. My condolences to all her friends and family.

Our family was very sad to hear the news of Daphne's passing. We spent many wonderful years with Daphne and have many memoriable moments to charish! I'm currently remembering our trip to Ling Long Lodge, and Newyears with the youth group. She will be in my heart and thoughs forever. Our preys and thoughts are with her family.

I have been a friend of Daphne for a long time. She was a great friend and youth group leader. For those who knew her from before the accident she was like a less famous Oprah—serving others, an ability to see into the needs of others, and able to connect on a emotional and spiritual level.  She never lost these qualities even after the accident.  Old friend, I shall see you again. Sam and family, my heart and my prayers go out to you.

I worked with Daphne at the Pharmacy at Victoria Hospital and London Health Sciences Centre.  She was always a bright light in our purchasing office -  quick with a joke and always eager to help out.  It was a real privelege to have known Daphne.

 Sadden by  the passing of Daphney, your dear mother and a loving grandma. We  would love  to be with you today,but circumstances will not permit us. Your are in our prayers. With you we are comforted with the precious moemories of Daphney. Her tender selfless loving care for God's creatures will never fade away. She is gone home to be with the Lord, and we sorrow not,as others which have no hope,1 Thessolions 4:13-18.
 
We are assured of meeting her just across the river on the evergreen shore - in heaven. What a day that will be ! A glorious reunion with our  loved ones and the Lord. Living in peace and joy for ever anf ever.

I remember Daphne when she worked in the Pharmacy at LHSC.   She was always very pleasant to work with. She was obviously very proud of her family.   I saw her a number of times after her accident and was always impressed with her positive attitude.
