Ellen Morison Melick

Passed away peacefully at University Hospital on Saturday, February 21, 2015 with her family by her side. Ellen was born September 25th, 1928, daughter of Murray and Gladys Morison and loving wife of Bruce Melick. Beloved mother to; James Melick (Eileen), Robert Melick (Nancy), Diane Henderson (Paul) and Nancy Field (Tim). Devoted grandmother to Jeff, Bob, Bruce, Iva (Richard), Steven (Jacinta), Jennifer (Sean), Ryan (Jenny), Richele, Johnathan (Tamara), Amanda and Kristen (Corey). Great-grandmother to Sakada, Ryley, Ethan, Ashlin, Alivia, Jayce, Cohen, Mia, Taylor and Aliza. Sister to Marj Lamont (Keith), Bob and Catherine Morison (predeceased), Clara Hemmings (Bill) and Murray Morison (Carole). Ellen will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and many friends. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to NEEDHAM FUNERAL SERVICE (520 Dundas Street, London). A memorial service will take place at a later date. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Kidney Foundation of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
