Passed away peacefully at University Hospital, London on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of William for 64 years. Loving mother of Barbara (Makepeace) and her husband Chris, David and his wife Mayda. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Beth (Chris Venner), Steven, Leandra and Alina. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother John Meikle and sister Mary Gilbert. She was a graduate of the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, Class of 1946. At Eva’s request, there will be no formal funeral service. A Memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 from 2-4 p.m.at Needham Funeral Service (520 Dundas St.,London).
