I just heard of Faiza's passing. My deepest condolences to Dr. Hadarra, Yaser and the rest of the family. My parent's and I have fond memories of her warmth and hospitality when we visited your home last fall.

 I was very saddened to learn of Faiza's passing. Her dedication to her work and her students at the Marine Institute was inspirational to all who knew her. We have great memories and we share your sorrow at this time.

I have only just learned of Faiza's passing, and it comes as a great shock. We worked together at the Marine Institute for a long time, and she touched my soul. I especially remember her love and caring when we gave birth to our long-awaited daughter, and how she continued to send me her messages of love via my husband, John, for years after I moved on to another job. Faiza was a deeply spiritual person, and this outpouring of tributes from we who knew her is a testament to how deeply she touched us all. All of our love, thoughts, and prayers go to you, her family.

Like many others I was very saddened on hearing of Faiza's passing. I had the pleasure of knowing Faiza through work. Her kindness to students and her quiet and always pleasant "hello" brightened my day and that of countless others. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to her family and friends.

I was deeply saddened today to hear of Faiza's passing. I worked with her at  MI for a number of years. She was a wonderful lady who brought respect, integrity and dedication to our Institute. I missed her when she retired and know her passing is a great loss to all. Her intellectual insight, gentle humbleness, and consummate empathy were evident to all on a daily basis.

I did not know Faiza personnally, but worked in the MI builiding with her. Faiza would always have a smile and say hi, each and every time I met her. She had a wonderful soul, which was  so clear to see.

I was saddened to hear today that Faiza had passed away. It was always such a pleasure to meet her either in a meeting or on the way to class. She always had a few moments to stop and chat no matter how busy she was.She will be missed by both faculty and students. She was a wonderfull person and she always added a liitle more joy to your day.  My heart filled sympathies go out to her family.

Faiza brings to mind a sweet little woman that I never really knew, but one who always had time for a smile, a hello and a how are you...as you passed her you were left feeling like she actually cared about you and it was as if she really wanted to lift and brighten your day. It was always a pleasure to enjoy Faiza's company, and the Holy manner in which she conducted her daily life. It will always bring a smile to remember her as a friend. I will ever remember her as a Holy woman, a joy to all around her.

I worked with Faiza for many years at MI. I loved her advice, her intelligence, her grace under pressure, her kindness, ...and of course....her baklava! She was beautiful inside and out and will be greatly missed.

Faiza was my instructor when I was a student at the Marine Institute, and she was a co-worker when I returned to teach at MI.  I had the utmost respect for her and enjoyed sitting down with her to discuss courses and programs. She was so nice and knowledgable, and she always put the student first.
