Rolston, Harold Robert passed away peacefully at University Hospital this morning Saturday, February 20th, one day prior to his 81st birthday.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Donna (Fletcher), and his two sons, Mark (Liz) and Trevor (Kara), stepdaughters Sherrey Larmour-Trode and Sandra Larmour. He leaves behind 6 beloved grandchildren Joel, Tia, Isabella, Charlotte, Rachel, Nick, and nephews Orville (Melody) and Gerald (Karen). Including numerous extended family and friends.

His love of life was filled with travel to all countries of the world. Travelling through Europe and North America, spending winters in Florida, Texas, and Palm Springs in their motor home. He enjoyed meeting new friends and keeping up with old friends in life. He had a passion for cars, trains, the Maple Leafs, Blue Jays and NASCAR.

His sense of humour was legendary, and you would never meet a kinder man.

His family was always foremost in his life and he was always so happy to see them. He is at rest and is in the arms of his saviour, until we will meet again.

Love always and forever.

My condolences to Donna and family.

I had the great pleasure of working with Harold.

Harold helped me settle into my new responsibilities at Dare Foods. I needed help to cover a sales territory in Windsor when the rep was hospitalized Harold jumped in and made my job easier.

Having several sales meetings over the years in London, Harold did an awesome job as the unofficial host. The sales stories and laughs were plentiful. (For those who knew Mike and Moe you will know what I am talking about, right Donna)

It was my great pleasure to have shared time on this earth with Harold.

God Bless,

Rick

We send our love, hugs and prayers for peace and comfort to Aunt Donna; Sherrey, Nick T , Rachel & family; Sandra; Mark & Liz, Joel, Tia and family; Trevor & Kara, Charlotte & Isabella; Orville & Melody; Daddy and Momma Fletcher & Uncle Neilly C. Fletcher & our other extended family (& friends) at the loss of Uncle Harold Rolston on Saturday AM at University Hospital. We will remember him with fond memories as he was a great Uncle! He was kind, loving and had an amazing sense of humour that made all around him smile, even in the last bit with his health deteriorating he still had a smile behind his oxygen tubes. Sweet memories from family outings & events but especially from Thanksgiving adventures with the Away-We-Go gang at Lake Whittaker! The hilarious stories about the items in the penny raffles will always make me {Mitzi} smile!! We will eat some DARE cookies in his memory!! Love you and miss you UNCLE HAROLD! Hopefully you are indeed resting in the arms of your Saviour and we will meet again! Enjoy your heavenly reward and your 1st birthday in Heaven yesterday. 💗🙏😭💔🍪🚐

Unfortunately I've only known Harold for a few years but he was like an old friend from the time I first met him. A good, kind, and gentle man. He had a great sense of humor and was always interesting to talk to. I'm better for having known him. My condolences to the family. May he rest in peace. God bless.
