Peacefully on January 27, 2014, Jacob Clare Proctor of London in his 30th year. Beloved husband of Rebecca Weatherstone. Loving son of Lynn Proctor. Dear brother of Timothy Proctor (Emma Ward). He will be sadly missed by his in-laws Robert and Alana Weatherstone, Grandma Marie Proctor as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and his great many friends. Predeceased by his father Ronald Proctor.
