Suddenly at home on February 12, 2015, Joan Maples of London in her 90th year. Loving wife of the late Frederick Maples (1972), Loving mother of Dr. Gail Maples (John Cockburn ) of Windsor and Marilyn Lemon (Brad Lemon) of Owen Sound. Dear grandmother of Joseph, Jennifer, Taylor, Morgan and Mackenzie. Predeceased by her sister Marjorie Gill. Joan was a long time employee of both Labatt’s and the London Board of Education. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, February 18th, 2015 at the Needham Funeral Home (520 Dundas St., London) from 11 am to 1 pm where the funeral service will be held at 1 pm. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery.
