Loving father of Fred Shevchenko (Oksana), Olga (Paul Lysyk), Andy Schewtschenko, and Paul Schewtschenko. Dear grandfather of Mathew, Andrew, Michael, Slavko, Taisa, and Ala. Predeceased by his sister Frosia Sywak. John will be sadly missed by his niece Olga and nephew Anatol. Visitation at NEEDHAM FUNERAL SERVICE (520 Dundas St, London) on Sunday 2-4 and 7- 9pm with Panachida at 7:00pm. The funeral service will be held at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Orthodox Church (151 King Edward Ave, London) on Monday, December 24th, 2012 at 10:00am. Interment to follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
