It is with heavy hearts that the family of Marlies Schweers share with you her peaceful passing on May 26, 2021 at Parkwood Hospital at the age of 84 years old. Marlies is survived by her children Mike (Linda) Schweers and Gabi McAulay, as well as her grandchildren Will (Tish Gushue), McAulay, Dan McAulay, Matthew Schweers and Karly Schweers. Marlies loved animals, crocheting and crossword puzzles. She was a cheerful soul who was usually smiling and she loved sharing her stories with people. Marlies family would like to send heartfelt thanks for the care and support provided by University Hospital and Parkwood Hospital staff. There will be a private family memorial service followed by interment at Woodland Cemetery. Donations in memory of Marlies to the London Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
