It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Nancy Lynn Lum (McGuffin) on January 29, 2011 at the age of 57. Beloved wife of Bud Lum. Loving Mother of Melanie and Chad. Daughter of the late Arnold and Marie McGuffin. Also survived by Uncle Harold McGuffin, Aunt Ruth Perkin and numerous cousins. A celebration of Nancy’s life will be held at Needham Funeral Home on Saturday February 5, 2011 at 2:00pm with visitation from 12:00pm – 2:00pm. Thank you to the Information Management team of London Health Sciences Centre and St. Joseph’s Health Care, London for all of their support throughout Nancy’s illness. A special thank you to Karen, “Perk” and Colleen Perkin, Jan Linner, Karolanne Bolton, Rita Rupar, Margaret Griffin and Ann Artmont. Thank you to the Palliative care doctors, nurses and other health team members at LHSC – Victoria Hospital and St. Joseph’s, Parkwood Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations to the London Regional Cancer Program – Ovarian Cancer research would be greatly appreciated.
