Back in the day we shared a lot of memories and had a lot of fun.
These memories will always be with us.

Doug and Norma served as the family of bride when Beni and I got married in 1969.

Tita Norma was special and I will always treasure the memories I’ve had with her. She and Tito Doug walked me to the altar at my wedding.

My father was very proud of her and was thankful that she sent him to college. Family was important to her. 

Tita Norma, you are dearly loved and appreciated. 
It’s very sad that we won’t be able to see you for the last time but we find comfort knowing that you are in a better place now.  Rest in peace…

I've known Mrs Astin my whole life. She was a grandmother to me. She always treated me with such love and warmth. I miss Christmas with her and Mr Astin and Jim and and my mom and arpgtand Chad. I miss her pancit dinners and laying in her lap watching movies. I'll hold those memories close forever. Rest in peace Norma, you are so loved <3

I counted myself very lucky to be invited to Canada to be a bridesmaid at Norma and Doug's wedding. Awaiting me was a beautiful dress made in the Philippines. It was a very special day.

Norma was the perfect wife for my brother Doug and a loving mother. Over the years Norma always made us very welcome and showed great generosity.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Doug, Jim, Stephanie, Serena and Chad at this very sad time.

Norma was a long time colleague, I  first  met her when we were in Texas working at University of Texas Medical branch.  Then again here in London working at Westminster Hospital. She has a big heart, kind, loving and caring. Have had many good time memories with Norma. To Doug and family please accept my deepest sympathy and condolences. May she rest in peace.

I knew Norma when we both worked at Eaton’s downtown store.  She was always so cheerful and kind. I haven’t seen her for many years, but I recognized her photo immediately.  My condolences to her family. 

Wishing friends and family peace and comfort during this difficult time.  She was a sweet woman and I'm glad to have known her.  May she be at peace. 

There is a poem about the dash between the dates on a person’s tombstone.  It represents the life a person has lived.  What matters most is how you live and love, and how you spend your dash.

T. Norma will always be remembered as someone who lived and loved to the fullest.  Smiling all the time.  She lived her dash.

Norma was the company nurse for the T Eaton Co while I was employed at the downtown London Store. I have never known a kinder soul. Beautiful inside and out. My heart goes out to those she has left behind, I am sure she has left an indelible mark on your hearts as she did mine. 

I am so sorry to hear of Norma’s passing. She was the nurse at Eatons for many years and a lovely, caring person. I occasionally had coffee with her and so enjoyed her company and kindness. My sincere condolences to all her family.

T. Norma is a family friend and has been an important and constant part of our life. Met her soon after we moved to London, ON in 1990. T. Norma also became a good friend of my Mom. They both come from Negros. She was a loving,  caring and helpful person. She will be missed.

It's very unfortunate that she had to struggle with Altzheimers the last few years of her life which made it difficult for her and for all of her family
May she rest in peace and may you experience God's Comfort as you walk through the difficult days ahea

Everytime I visited the Astin's with Stephanie, Norma was always so engaging to find out more about me, and make sure I was comfortable and well fed!! She was often direct and to the point and I  liked that about her. She will be missed, but so fondly remembered. All my love to Doug, Stephanie and Jim. Norma/Mum will live on in the stories and memories of how wonderful she was.

I remember playing on Doug and Norma's farm as child.  She was a kind, warm and loving person and will be missed.  She made every person who entered their home feel welcomed.
